H. Robert Scherr

Bob
Bob Scherr graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School in 1975. He was an Assistant State's Attorney for Baltimore City from 1975-1977, prosecuting serious criminal cases, for such felonies as murders, robberies, burglaries, narcotic violations, arsons, etc. Many of those prosecutions resulted in jury trials. He went into private practice and has been a partner in the law firm of Scherr, Cole & Murphy since 1977. He handles personal injury cases, divorce and custody cases, and general trial work throughout the State of Maryland.
Since 1981, Bob has been a regular panelist on "Square Off", the Baltimore television program which debates the current issues of the day. He provided legal commentary on WMAR-TV, Channel 2 in 1984-1985. Bob was a radio talk show host from 1982-2020. He began with WFBR in Baltimore, and was with WCBM Radio for over 30 years discussing current events, politics, and legal issues. He also was a regular guest host for G. Gordon Liddy on his nationally syndicated radio show heard nationwide. When he was not guest hosting, he appeared as a weekly guest on the show to discuss legal issues and current events with Mr. Liddy.

Ronald C. Cole

Ron Cole graduated from American University in 1972, finishing four years of college in three years. He graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School in December of 1975, finishing three years of law school in 2 1/2 years. He worked for the Public Defender's office in Anne Arundel County before opening his own practice in 1976. He handles personal injury, workers' compensation, motor vehicle hearings, and traffic matters.

Ron was a regular panelist on a Sunday night radio show on WCBM in 1999. In addition to his law practice, he has been active in the community by coaching youth baseball, youth basketball, and being a volunteer in the United States Tennis Association. He has also volunteered with his wife for the Center for Poverty Solutions.

Kevin P. Murphy

Kevin
Kevin was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. He graduated from Loyola High School in 1971, Washington College in 1975, and the University of Baltimore Law School in 1978. From 1979 to 1983, Kevin served as an Assistant State's Attorney for Baltimore City, where he prosecuted over 50 felony jury trials. In 1983, he joined Scherr, Cole & Murphy as a partner, where he represents clients in Criminal Defense, Traffic Defense, and Personal Injury Litigation. He is a member of the Maryland Association for Justice and the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys Association. Kevin was selected by the legal community to "Super Lawyers/Maryland 2014" for a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Kevin and his wife, Cindy, have raised three children. Throughout the years, they volunteered in their children's schools and recreation programs. Kevin enjoyed coaching his children's various recreation league teams. Kevin has also been active in the community, having served as President of the Pine Valley-Valleywood Community Association, the Lutherville-Timonium Youth Baseball Association, and Loyola Blakefield Aquatics, Inc.

Brendan C. Murphy

Brendan lives in Baltimore County, Maryland. He graduated From Loyola Blakefield in 2003, Washington College in 2007, and University of Baltimore School of Law in 2011.

During his time in law school, Brendan performed internships in a number of different offices including: the State's Attorney's Office in Baltimore County, the State's Attorney's Office in Baltimore City, Warnken LLC., and with the Honorable Timothy J. Doory in the Baltimore City Circuit Court.

After graduation from Law School, Brendan began a judicial clerkship with Judge Doory. Brendan served as Judge Doory's law clerk for a year before joining the Law Offices of Scherr, Cole, and Murphy in 2012 as an associate.

Brendan practices with Scherr, Cole, and Murphy in the areas of Personal Injury, Worker's Compensation, Criminal law, and Traffic.

When he isn't in the office, Brendan can generally be found participating in any number of sporting activities. Most recently he has stayed active with crossfit, yoga, softball, and running 5k's. However, he is always up for a new challenges.
